Orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse in the UK.
All packages are trackable and will be delivered either via your local postal provider (E.G. Royal Mail, La Poste, USPS etc...) or DPD.
Your order will be processed on a working day, 9am-4pm Monday–Friday. The order will be dispatched on the day of purchase, if placed before 4:00pm. You will receive a purchase notification, which will include a tracking number, so you are able to track the status of your delivery.
If you are not home when your delivery is attempted the package will be taken to a local pickup point or you will need to arrange a second delivery with your postal provider. A card will be left with instructions.
DELIVERY TIME AND CHARGES:
Delivery to the UK:
Delivery is free for all orders. Standard delivery (orders up to £26.99 = 1 air lounger) will be dispatched via Royal Mail and take between 1 to 3 working days to arrive. Guaranteed next day delivery (orders over £26.99 = 2 or more air loungers) will be dispatched via DPD and arrive the next working day. More information about the delivery time will be provided when you place your order.
Delivery to EU countries:
Delivery will take between 2 to 3 working days. A delivery charge of £11.50 will be added to the total cost of your order.
Delivery to the rest of the world: (please contact us)
Delivery will take between 2 to 8 working days and an additional charge will be added depending on the final destination. Please contact us if you require this option.
RETURNS & REPLACEMENTS:
At Zodiak™ we want you to be delighted every time you shop with us. Occasionally though, we know you may want to return items. In the unlikely event that you’re not happy with your Zodiak™ air sofa our returns policy conforms to the Web Code of Practice. By law, customers in the European Union have the right to withdraw from the purchase of an item within seven working days from the day after the date the item is delivered. This is generally referred to as a 'cooling off' period. At Zodiak™ we give you an extra 7 days, so our 'cooling-off' period is 14-days. This applies to all of our products.
The Returns Procedure:
To cancel your purchase within the fourteen-day cooling-off period, please send us an email via our contact form giving the reason for the return. Our super friendly team will do their very best to advise you on the next required steps. We will advise you on our preferred method of return. Please package the relevant item(s) securely. If you are dispatching it yourself send it to the address on the invoice so that we receive it within 14 days after the date that the item was delivered. You must either insure the consignment or use a signed for service (recorded delivery). Please include a note with your contact details and an explanation of why you are returning the goods.
Cancellation of Orders that HAVEN'T been shipped.
As soon as we receive notice of cancellation of an order prior to it being shipped, we will refund the full cost of the order.
